Racking Building Detail Requirements

- AutoCAD DWG of Entire Building with Existing / Proposed Offices.

- Structural Plans showing Foundation / Concrete Slab Details.

- Concrete Slab thickness x PSI Rating.

- Sprinkler / Fire Protection Plans.

- Overhead Sprinkler Details & Design Criteria.

- Design Criteria & Building Elevations will normally be found on the Fire Protection plans for the Building Shell.

- Location of Fire Hose Valve Connections will normally be shown on the Fire Protection plans for the Shell, but verify if any adjustments are being or have been made during the unit build-out.

- Permit Number that the Sprinkler work was done under.

- Electrical / Lighting Plans showing the existing or proposed locations of overhead lighting within the warehouse / racked area.

- Locations of all Egress & Emergency lighting within Warehouse / Racked Area.

- Permit number that the Electrical work was done under.

- Fire Alarms Plans showing device details and locations within Warehouse.

- If the building has a Supervisory Fire Alarm system, please provide those plans.

- Permit number that the Fire Alarm work was done under.

- Life Safety Plan for the current / proposed Facility.
