Racking Building Detail Requirements

• AutoCAD DWG of Entire Building with Existing / Proposed Offices.
• Structural Plans showing Foundation / Concrete Slab Details.
  • Concrete Slab thickness x PSI Rating.
• Sprinkler / Fire Protection Plans
  • Overhead Sprinkler Details & Design Criteria.
    • Design Criteria & Building Elevations will Normally be found on the Fire
    • Protection plans for the Building Shell.
    • Location of Fire Hose Valve Connections.
  • Will normally be shown on the Fire Protection plans for the Shell but verify if any adjustments are being or have been made during the unit build-out.
  • Permit Number that the Sprinkler work was done under.
• Electrical / Lighting Plans
  • Electrical Plans showing the existing or proposed locations of overhead lighting Within the warehouse / Racked Area.
    • Locations of all Egress & Emergency lighting within Warehouse / Racked Area.
    • Permit number that the Electrical work was done under.
• Fire Alarms Plans
  • Fire Alarm plans showing device details and locations within Warehouse.
    • If the building has Supervisory Fire Alarm system. Please provide those plans.
  • Permit number that the Fire Alarm work was done under.
• Life Safety Plan
  • Life Safety Plan for the current / proposed Facility.
